First and foremost, we love both bathrooms installed by Re-Bath on August 11, 2005. Thank you very much for delivering a product that surpassed that which was expected by both my husband and myself. Pictures of our new bathrooms could easily appear in any "luxury home" or similar publication.. they are so beautiful.
Quite impressive, also, were the three young gentlemen who actually performed the installation of our new bathrooms. These men were Donald, who headed the project, Bret and Chad. We live in a a downtown condominium tower complex. I thought i hade prepared all that these three guys might need such as where to park their trucks, as well as reserving an elevator for loading and unloading. Well, a long story short...there was a huge snag that cost Donald, Bret and Chad 2 hours. My being upset by this was in no way related to Re-Bath or this most wonderful crew. Rather than getting caught up in the snag, these guys found other related jobs they could be doing while the snag was being untangled. Their professionalism was demonstrated by their ability to remain task oriented and I heard no complaints from any of the three while they worked. In fact, their camaraderie in working together surfaced during the crisis and remained all the while the bathrooms were being installed.
Also, each one of them found the time to inquire about me in hope that I was no longer upset. In todays' market, it is difficult to find great customer service anymore. Well, it was certainly very apparent in this Re-Bath crew of Donald, Chad and Bret. I really thought it a thing of the past where one would see superb workmanship, refreshing poking fun at one another and great attitudes throughout the entire day despite finishing 2-3 hours later than usual because of the crisis. Donald even offered to come back later that evening as they had run out of a minor part to complete a side job I had asked of Re-Bath.
My husband and I wish to extend thanks to all three of you guys.. Donald, Bret and Chad.. For everything you did for us when installing our gorgeous new bathrooms.

I just wanted to take a minute and let you know how pleased we are with our new bathtub and surround. In particular, we were very happy with the two young men who came to our home to install for us. Their names were Travis and Beu. They arrived on time, were well groomed and very pleasant. I appreciated the fact that they protected my hardwood floor with rugs and were careful with my furniture while they were coming and going in and out of the bathroom. I am writing this letter in response to the fabulous job that Nathan did installing my new ReBath system last week. From the start of the day Nathan was very professional and courteous, and did everything possible to make his presence as unobtrusive as possible. He never failed to demonstrate this same level of professionalishm as the day dragged on longer than anticipated. Nathan ran into several problems, minor and major, while installing my new bath/shower unit, but never once complained or demonstrated any sign of annoyance. In fact, I wold have never known that these problems had arisen unless I had commented on the fact that the job took longer into the evening than I thought it would. Nathan spent at least 12 hours in my home, and rather than get frustrated that the length of the day and job at hand were more than he had bargained for, Nathan made sure that the quality of his work was top notch from start to finish. Many People might have slacked off and cut corners as the day dragged on in order to be finished for the day, but Nathan persevered despite the problems...all the while with a smile on his face anytime our paths crossed in the hallway. I wanted to make sure that Nathan's incredible work ethic and job quality did not go un-praised by me or unnoticed by ReBath corporation.
